    1. 2. Q: STOCK AVAILABILITY: WHAT ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE? 

     

    A: FOR THE MOST PART, EVERYTHING ON OUR WEBSITE IS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE EXCEPT FOR THE ITEMS IN INCOMING” SECTION.  HOWEVER, SOME ITEMS MAY SELL OUT FAST EVEN AFTER THE CHECK OUT DUE TO HIGH DEMAND.  IN THAT CASE, CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE CHARGED.  THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED INCOMPLETE AND WE WILL NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER ONCE ITEM RESTOCKS TO GIVE OPTION TO PURCHASE AGAIN.  

     

    AGAIN, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO FULFILL AND COMPLETE ALL THE ORDERS AS MUCH AS WE CAN AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED ONLINE.  HOWEVER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE STOCK AVAILABILITY AS OUR INVENTORY IS ON 5 DIFFERENT SALES PLATFORMS, AND OUR INVENTORY DOES NOT ALWAYS REFLECT ON TIME INVENTORY.

         A: IT USUALLY TAKES 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR AN ORDER TO SHIPOUT.  (EX: IF THE ORDER IS PLACED DURING THE WEEKEND, IT WILL BE PROCESSED ON FOLLOWING MONDAY-TUESDAY).  ONCE, SHIPPED OUT IT WILL  TAKE 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS DOMESTICALLY AND ANYWHERE FROM 4-15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. 

        **UK AND AUSTRAILIA MAY TAKE 4-10 BUSINESS DAYS  via DHL EXPRESS 

        ***CANADA, PUERTO RICO AND VIRGIN ISLANDS MAY TAKE 1-2 WEEKS via USPS. HOWEVER, IN ALL CASES, THERE MAY BE POSSIBLE DELAY DUE TO CURRENT COVID SITUATION.  IN ADDITION, PLEASE BE AWARE OF DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE EXPENSES.  PLEASE BE SURE TO RESEARCH AND CALCULATE ANY DUTIES AND CUSTOM FEES PRIOR TO INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE PURCHASES AS THE CUSTOMS MAY PUT A HOLD ON PACKAGES FOR NONPAYMENT.

        air, 2nd day Air, 3rdday select): Often, Customers request EXPEDITED AIR shipments to meet their photoshoot schedule.  HOWEVER, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE AS THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE ON TIME DUE TO COVID DELAYED AIRLINE SCHEDULE.  MOREOVER, THEY ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.  WE SIMPLY BELIVE THE COST IS NOT REASONABLE AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE DELIVERY AS IT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.  **PLEASE REFER TO

      1. 5. Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PRE-AUTHRIZED CHARGE” COMPARED TO ACTUAL CHARGE” 

           A: WE PRE-AUTHORIZE THE CREDIT CARD ONLY TO HOLD NECESSARY FUNDS TO PROCESS THE ORDER.  PRE-AUTHORIZE CHARGE IS A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT AS SHIPPING COST MAY VARY.  WE FINALIZE THE CHARGE ONCE ITEMS IN CART ARE PACKED WITH THE EXACT SHIPPING COST IS CALCULATED.  ONCE FINALIZE CHARGE IS CHARGED, THE INITIAL PRE-AUTHOZIATION WILL BE CANCELED.  IT MAY SEEM LIKE A DOUBLE CHARGE BUT THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION WILL BE CANCELED EVENTUALLY.         8. THEFT/ NEGLIGENCE OF RECEIVER : We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES DUE TO THEFT/ NEGLIGENCE on receiving part.  OUR CARRIERS CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH ON THEIR PART.  ONCE our Carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FEDEX AND DHL) investigation states indeed the package was properly delivered to the provided address, we have no recourse on the package/transaction.   

        It is CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to track and receive the package properly once the package leaves our facility.   

         

        Therefore, we kindly ask ALL of our customers to be vigilant and responsive with their #Tracking number (as we ALWAYS provide in Shipping Confirmation Email).  

        Please make sure to vigorously track and follow up until the receipt of the package to AVOID any mishaps such as Front-door Theft and other misplacement of the package.  

         

        9.   PHOTOS: COULD THE CUSTOMERS UTILIZE THE PHOTOS FROM OUR WEBSITE? 

        -          ABSOLUTELY !  WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT!  CUSTOMERS MAY USE/EDIT THE PHOTOS FROM OUR WEBSITE TO PROMOTE SALES OF OUR ITEMS FOR THEIR ONLINE/OFFLINE STORE. 

         

        10DROPSHIP:  

        WE DO NOT OFFER DROPSHIP FOR OUR CUSTOMERS 

         

        11.    PRIVATE LABEL/ CUSTOM ORDER 

        - WE DO OFFER PRIVATE LABELS IF THE ORDER QTY IS BIGGER THAN 120PCS PER COLOR OF ONE STYLE.  THE CUSTOMER MAY CHOOSE THE SIZE BREAKDOWN AND PREPACKAGING.  (EX. 3-2-1 SMALL-MEDIUM-LARGE or 2-2-2 SMALL-MEDIUM-LARGE).  ANY PRIVIATE LABEL WORK REQUIRES 50% DEPOSIT UPFRONT.  50% DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PAY THE BALANCE UPON ARRIVAL OF THE SHIPMENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE OTHERWISE, THE 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.  THE USUAL LEAD TIME IS 5-10 WEEKS.  CUSTOMER MAY PROVIDE US WITH THEIR OWN MAIN LABEL OR THEY MAY USE OUR “TICTOC” MAIN LABEL.

        12.   COULD YOU BREAK 6PCS PREPACK AND SPLIT PACK INTO 3PCS?  NO, WE CANNOT BREAK 6PC PREPACK IN ANY SITUATION.   

         

        13. COULD YOU SEND SAMPLES BEFORE PURCHASE?  NO, WE DO NOT SEND SAMPLES. 

         

        14.   COULD WE CHANGE SIZE RATIO?  ONLY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTION ORDERS ABOVE 120 PCS  AND IT MAY TAKE UPTO 4-10 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION (PLEASE REFER TO “PRIVATE LABEL/ CUSTOM ORDER SECTION”). FOR STOCK ORDERS, WE CANNOT CHANGE SIZE RATIO. 

        15Declined Payment => We DO NOT hold merchandise for Declined payments on all orders.  We process and ship “First Come First Serve basis.  Please DO NOT RISK losing your place/order expecting us to hold the merchandise until new payment is updated.  We URGE our customers to have sufficient funds at ALL times for the order process to be seamless.  Declined Payment may result in ORDER CANCELLATION!!  

         

        16. WE CANNOT COMBINED SHIPPING.  DUE TO HEAVY TRAFFIC, 

        WE NO LONGER OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS.  IT IS OUR MISSION TO SHIP OUT EVERY ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN TIMELY MANNER.   PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN PLACING MULTIPLE ORDERS.
        17. PRE ORDER
        We do NOT take any pre-orders.
        **Please refer to our "INCOMING" section for Restock/ New Release dates under "Description" for each style.

        18. We DO NOT do removal of our original labels and hangtags for our customers. Customers may find a third party vendor for such services.

        19. **Actual incoming dates may vary from 7-10 days early to 7-10 days late. Please stay alert
