SHIPPING & RETURN

1. All sales are not subject to a refund. Credit or exchange may be issued if the merchandise is a factory defect.

2. Claims for factory defect items must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise (checked by tracking the package).
Upon review, credit or exchange may be issued. All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

3. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.

4. Price on the invoice does not included shipping and handling fees

5. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)


- Pre-Order Policy

All Pre-orders are Non-refundable.

We will ship out all pre-orders in the same order as we received from the ETA date.  
The ship-out process may take up to 15 days from the ETA date. (meaning the last shipment may leave our warehouse on the 15th day after the shipment`s arrival (ETA date)).
In case of further delay, we will issue full refund to the customer.

However, if the customer decides not to cancel and we will honor their place for future back orders and they will be given a chance to be on the prioritized list on the following shipment before other customers.
